International EECP Therapy Week to be celebrated 19-23 Feb 2018

The annual celebration EECP Therapy Week, which was started over six years ago by the International EECP Therapists Association (IETA), will be recognized by EECP Centers around the world this year 19 – 23 February 2018. In order to increase the awareness of EECP Therapy for both patients suffering from the symptoms of cardiovascular disease (refractory angina, heart failure, diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, and cerebrovascular disease as example) and their physicians, the IETA initiated the celebration of EECP therapy during February of each year to coincide with International Heart Month. Many centers conduct Red Dress events, Red Heart events and some tie them into local chapters of their Heart Associations like the American Heart Association.

As example, the EECP Center at Christ Hospital Ohio Heart & Vascular, Doris Osborne, C.E.T. and President of the I.E.T.A. , will conduct a free web conference call on EECP therapy practical issues including patient care, treatment, reimbursement and marketing. The seminar will take place on Wednesday 21 Feb. at 12:00 Noon to 12:30 PM EST. All are invited!

If interested you may join in on the conference call by dialing
